If it is a half round key, use a small brass punch and tap straight down near the back edge. This will rotate the key up and out of the groove in the front. If it is a square key, tap it out at an angle from the front so you are driving it away from the crank.

Got it out but not by any of those means, I'll post a pic of the style it is after it uploads.


I used wire dikes to ease it up, you'll have to see the key to understand. PITA but it saved me 4 bucks

It reminds me of Britney's, Hit me one more time. I had a little girl living next door to me at the time, maybe 5 years old as well when it came out and I swear... 100x a day we had to listen to that crap
