I got an update on my Chevelle. I have been working on the interior and laying down Dynamat, running the wiring harness, installed a set of Alpine 6x9's in the rear package tray and a bunch of other odds and ends.
My next step is to start working on the kickpanels and getting everything to fit properly before I begin laying the carpet in.There are some things you just can't test in a white lab coat.

Thanks everyone for the nice comments on my work, I do try. I can get very frustrated at times mainly due to the fact alot of this stuff is new to me, so I am thankful to have a good group in this forum throwing some encouragment my way.
I just got word today that I wont have to work next weekend so hopefully I will be able to get more done and post some more pictures.

I finally have a few updated photos of the interior. For the most part everything is in with the exception of a couple of gauges, I need to finish installing the headliner, hang the doors and finish installing the glass and route the wiring for the gauges into the engine bay. Hopefully with in the next few weeks I will have most of this done. Its really nice to finally see things coming together and I am getting a little more motivation and bit less frustration as the final product is beginning to show its face.

You can see it well enough in the picture. I was almost a little surprised to see the back seat in there.
You're making nice progress.

I finished out the auxiliary gauge cluster. Since my car was gaugeless (only speedo and fuel) I made a bracket and installed an A/F, vacuum, volts, water temp and oil presser gauges. Everything is all wired up with the exception of the sensors.

This is great. Makes me want to pick up a Chevelle and slap an LS7 in it.

I got some more done on the interior this past week. A buddy of mine came over and helped me with the headliner. I managed to get the trim in, set the back glass along with the coat hooks, rear view mirror bracket, dome light and visors. I still have some detail work to do but for the most part its in.
