    The holy grail of photography "understanding exposure" by Bryan Peterson. That $15 book is GOLD...helped me tremendously to create the photos I share here often ...for example my car, but that book didn't explain everything - I search web almost continuously for advice and tips , I regularly post photos to 4 different forums plus Facebook for critism and advice

    Thank You.... I've vowed to return to this site when skies are more colorful - Hueston Woods State Park .... Here's the old Z28 two yrs ago with some blue sky

    Those pictures are just terrible. The hue and resolution is all distorted. The color saturation is just awful...


    I have no idea what I'm talking about.
