which motor mount should i get?
Does anyone know of any good motor mounts for 94 z28 im trying to replace my old ones with the bracket any ideas

look for poly mounts.
Prothane has some good products.
Summit has them for $52

Ok ill look for those thanks ill give updates on how its going for now i managed to take off the nuts and the bolt driver side but still worried about jacking it up fron the oil pan i lifted the engine from a side where a ridge sticks out works but not the most secure place ive been told to place a thicker bigger piece of wood to act as a cusion ill try this today but the last thing i eant is for me to go out and buy a new oil pan

use a 2x4 that is a little longer then the width of the pan. This will even distribute the load and not focus it on one point.

Ok ill try that today thanks and if i were to buy the poly. . Motor mounts would it lower or raise the motor

neither, it keeps the motor in the same place, just the material is stiffer so it wont let the motor flex as much. you should change the transmission mount aswell, its just 6ish bolts to get to it. it should take about an half hour.

So i took the motor mount driver side its a stock part made by anchor and i ordered nre inserts now im trying to reuse the brackets can i bec its darn hard to take them off from inside the bracket and if not r there any motor mount out there bec i cant find any for my 94 z28

Don't know if the '94's are the same as the '98's and up. But on mine I had to drill the rivets out of the clamshell put the new mounts in and then bolt it together. The new mounts came with instructions and bolts.
