I think I had either a Prothane or Energy Suspension piece. It was on my car for about a week and I couldn't stand the vibration from it. Re-installed the stock trans mount and all is well.

Poly mounts work -- people have just had mixed experiences with vibrations following installation.

Bat mobile black- 2000 Trans am WS6 M6
I had a poly mount trans and motors from ws6store and i didnt notice any difference in vibration (probably because i had a cam). But if you plan on JUST doing the trans mount you will end up having to replace the motor mounts a few months later. Might as well do both. (ask me how i know.)

Vibration= race car. Mine vibrates at certain rpms, and I honestly love it. Makes me smile. I balked at changing the motor mounts when I did the LT's, but I guess I will be back in there soon enough. UGh.

Get the ES mount grind/cut down the 2 pre-load bumps and leave the pre-load plate off. If you do it this way it'll add very little felt, or heard vibration.

2001 3.8 Black - sold- 2000 SS Black M6
i got my energy suspension mount on Ebay...its a generic chevy mount, its not listed as "LS1" or camaro...you pretty much have to have the part number.
I also left off the pre-load plate they send with it, and saw no increased vibration

Sunset Orange Metalic- 2001 Camaro SS
Prothane Motor and Trans mounts here and it's not that bad
Motor mounts were shot anyways so don't think it could have gotten worse
I have no complaints.
