Its not the "color" of the meat that means you will get sick, its the content of bacteria. I like my steaks rare, they dont have to be burnt to a crisp in order to kill the bacteria. Just like now pork is said to be done at 140 and not 160.

The human body is strange. It can get used to things. When I was in europe I got sick as hell from eating fish because of the high mercury content. However, you can eat raw meat and not get sick. Some people yes but if you have eaten it for a long time your body becomes used to it and you will be fine.
Everyone overcooks stuff so much.

Ever hunt them? They are tricky buggers. lol
You didnt pick him up?
This year turtles have been on the move in my area. They are looking for mates mostly. I picked up a small fella on the golf course about 2 weeks ago and then two in the road in front of my house. One was only 6" long (shell) and ther was 18".
That was JUST the size of the shell. I had to use a wheelboro as those things will take your fingers clean off. Another one was hit on the edge of my lawn. Its shell measured 15" long and someone went off the road to hit it. I was pissed to find that. There is no way he could have moved after being hit as his shell was cracked in a few places and he was all but dead. I couldnt let him suffer.

I've seen turkeys run. They move fairly quickly.

Good God!!! Left a thermostat in the T/A and at 2:30 it was 128* with a window shade in the front window & windows tinted 30%.

Shift Knob felt like on fire.

I will have to try again tomorrow to reprogram the system. I must have missed something while doing it today.

What a great night. Sitting out on the lake right now, doing a little fishing off the boat, drinking a cold beer and enjoying the weather. Out of town for the next three days. Don't know how much I'll be able to check in.........so everybody behave till I get back
