Black- 00 camaro ss M6 #6695
All you guys have good points.
But when my rotors were messed up had some vibrations at sons high speeds. Can't remember but it was over 70mph
Replace the rotors. That was gone. Also the tires got balanced at the same time...

Navy Blue, Dark Cherry- 98 M6 TA, 87 A4 TA
I broke my stock torque arm on my TA with just a cat back and cold air intake for performance mods, I've also heard of guys cracking the tail of their T56 transmissions with the stock suspension. When my factory torque arm started to go it would give me a rear vibration under heavy power at almost any speed (it was allowing the rearend to twist more than it should) felt a bit like a u joint going. So i'd say 320rwhp will do it, I'd get a relocation bracket and aftermarket TA.

Black- BLK TA modded 12.2@113mph
I agree it might be that TA and relocation bracket and I just notice I have a little looseness or gear wear in my Auburn lock I wonder if that will cause a vivration It does feel like a u joint vibration tho but I can't figure it out

If the pinion nut is loose, you will have a vibration. I have been there.

All he has to do is wiggle the driveshaft around. If it moves from side to side and up and down, then the pinion nut is loose. If he removes the diff cover, there will be metal filings larger than from normal wear. Also, when you drive and get the vibes, do you hear a growling noise at 80mph?

I think LSCyaL8r had the same issues with his old rear. PM him. I think he told me the C-clips were wearing away or something like that.
