How much extra if any, would a custom logo cost? And are other finishes besides stainless available? I'm still interested in powder coating mine and sending them back to you, so stainless isn't needed on my part.

We have somthing we are working on that might solve your issue.
In the meantime:
Here are some sills we just made recently. These are all 5th gen, but we have also made 98-02 versions. They just got shipped without pictures being taken. We will post those versions when we make some more.
