GMMG / MadHammer Exhaust Install
I installed an SLP dual/dual catback on my car when it was just over a year old. I always thought it was a little too quiet, especially after the car was warmed up. Well 11+ years later I finally decided to replace the SLP setup. I tried contacting GMMG directly (not knowing the full story behind GMMG) and was exceptionally disappointed that they never returned my calls or my emails. After a fair amount of searching on google I finally found out what a lot of you likely already know - GMMG exhausts are made by a guy that runs MadHammer.
I called Brian at Madhammer the week before the 4th of July and confirmed he was "the guy". They turned my exhaust around extremely quickly and had it on my door step 4 days after I placed my order.
The install was almost as straight forward as the SLP. The only kicker is the amount of clearance you need under the car to get the one piece muffler/tail pipe section over the axle. Fortunately I have a lift but I still had to move my car around to make room for the pipe. I also had to jack the car up on the lift to make room. I suspect with jack stands and some proper planning this job is easily doable without a lift as well.
The quality was great. Everything needed was included. And when I hit the key the first time I knew I did the right thing. Here are some pics of my setup. I hope more people will call Mad Hammer. They are a class act and this exhaust sounds perfect.
For reference I have 100% stock exhaust up to the cat-back.

^It's all the same, I got mine from Vengeance Racing, had it for over a year and am still impressed with the sound. Gets crazy loud once the headers go on though.

I wish I could say I was a Marine. My grandfather was a marine and my father was in the army. Last year my father visited Parris Island and brought me back several cool items. That sticker was one item that deserves to be proudly displayed.
Thanks for your service, hugger...
