this past weekend we were having some watermelon and as I was cutting it up, I couldn't help but think of Spaz and though "would this fit on my head?"

I am a slacker. Left the office 20 minutes ago to come home. Good excuse though -- I have to attend a Borough meeting tonight, so technically my work day is not over yet.

Woke up with 102* temp... can't stop sweating... and I'm sitting here at work feeling like complete shit.
My back looks like I just spent 4 solid hours on a slip and slide. Nasty.

Words of advice...Don't put your head where nails are, and vice versa. Rather, don't drop a 2x4 with a 4x8 sheet of sheeting and 3 roofs-worth of shingles on your bean.

Ok... the fan assembly on our Durango is kicking my ass right now. Could not get it off even when I slipped a 4' pry bar under the belt and tightened it as much as possible -- Sammie was hanging off the end of the pry bar trying to help me. Removed the water pump and tried locking both the impeller and then the pulley in a vise -- still no go. I may have to get the spanner wrench from the 'zone to tackle this one. Damn near got the welder out and zipped a piece of flat stock to it out of frustration.

and to top it off, who the fuck doesn't nail down a step halfway up the fucking staircase?
First thing this morning, new house we're working in, go upstairs to check things out, coming back down, at right about the middle of the pack, all hell breaks loose and the step, and the kick plate under it, neither were nailed, at all, and my fatass goes sliding, bumping, scraping and tumbling clear to the fucking bottom, down like 10 steps. If that contractor had been there he'd have been saying his hail marys and looking for a hardhat cuz i was ready to beat him in the face with a claw hammer, stupid fuck.

The fan clutch is threaded to the water pump shaft -- bigass nut between the pump and the clutch assembly. Right hand thread, I checked it like 5 times to be sure.
