12th anniversary today. No idea where the time goes.
Going to do some work on the house and then head out and about this afternoon. Just started raining a bit and looks like it'll be that way for at least the next few hours.

Thanks guys. Condolences accepted by Dawn... she laughed.
The suck project of the day: Went to install a GFCI outlet in the bathroom, going to tap into the power supply for the fan to run it. Pull out the fan switch and found that they just ran a loop on one wire. Black was the power and white was the feed to the fan.
Ended up running a new power feed. Trip to the hardware store, forty feet of new wire run, a new breaker and re-wired the junction box up in the crawl space. Not much fun up there on a 90 plus degree day.

Old house... junction box in the crawl space had the wires twisted together and wrapped in fabric tape. Scary.

Went to head into town tonight and noticed a few spots under my truck. Pinion seal is leaking like a sieve.

Been there before. I ran a new line for a new fan for the bathroom, ran an overhead light in the shower, and ran a new outlet in one of the bedrooms when I got my new TV all from the attic. It sucked and I think I lost about 5 lbs while doing it. I guess the only advantage was I was at least able to maneuver well and stand up to walk across the beams. I did almost slip once and got lucky not to fall through the drywall
