turn your hazards on, they use a different relay to work, if any of the bulbs arent flashing replace them, if they all work you have a bad flasher, located under the dash/steering column. they are cheap and easy to replace.

just a standard procedure, didn't read everything you wrote, if your use the hazards(not the signals) and every bulb around the car is fine, but the signals still give you a solid on then you have a bad flasher, I know nothing about them or how they work, (I cant even remember if there's one or multiple ones) just that replacing it(them?) will fix your problem 99% of the time.

check you small side marker lights in front and the back.
A flasher is a small cylinder shaped peice that when engaged with electricity a small piece of metal heats up and pops and cools down and pops again this makes the clicking noise you hear when you turn on your turn signal

So you have no brake lights only the middle one (CHM) works?
Here's how to check your brake/hazard/turn signal wiring:
Turn on the parking lamps, not headlights.
Put on the four way hazard flasher, and go aroung the car and see which are working and which are not. The front hazards should flash the same time and intensity (brightly).
If they flash opposite and not as bright on one side, usually it is a front socket issue, sometimes a ground problem, on the side that is dimly flashing.
Replace the ones that don't work. If you put a new bulb in where you expect to see a flashing light this way (2 on each side on the back, the inner 2 of the 3 taillights), then you have a wiring/socket issue.
If you replace a marker/parking lamp that isn't working that should, then again you have a wiring/socket issue.
If they all flash this way, 4 total in back and the 2 in the front, and you have no brake light that works except the CHM light, then your turnsignal switch is bad. The TS switch interupts the circuit for the 4 outer brake lamps on our cars, but not the CHM.
If the turn signals work correctly on one side but not the other, take a close look and see if the side that does not work has the same bulbs lighting up on the side that doesn't. My guess is not all will light up with the same intensity. Our cars are famous for front lamp/socket issues.
Do this and let us know.

well i tried it every one was blinking at the same time but one of the two bulbs on the right side still isnt blinking... one is though on that side. so do u think its the switch? or that socket?

So, everything works but the right side turn signal, correct? Has somebody confirmed then that when you step on the brakes, all the rear brake lights come on except that one on the right side?
If you've tried new bulbs on the RR where the hazard isn't flashing, then you have either another defective bulb (highly unlikely) or a bad socket/wiring to that socket. 100% chance it is not your turn signal switch. If it was a bad switch, then nothing would come on on the RR since I am pretty sure it is one wire until it gets back there. Probably a wiring/socket issue on the one that isn't working.
You may have two problems, if only the CHM works and not the other four bulbs when you step on the brake pedal. The same filament in the bulb lights up for the outer 4 brake lights and turn/hazard flashers. There are two filaments in the bulb, a dim one for parking lights and the other one for the turn/brake/hazard, so if the hazards work but not the brake lights, that tells you the wiring to the bulbs is good.
Confused yet?

a little but i think i got ya.. the brake light does nothing on the rr just the tail light works only time it gets bright is when the hazards are one and its just the one bulb.. so u think its the socket then?
