    Question

I see.....So are there any other common issues I should know about with this car? Ooohh! I just remembered something else. The glass running light is cracked. It works fine, but I was curious if they are easy to obtain and replace.

The second was about a year later when my sister took my car through the car wash to clean it up nice after she borrowed it.

I also puked 2 water pumps one took out the opti.

So 3 were complete opti's and 2 were just cap and rotors.
That's exactly what I was saying. They didnt just fail for no reason. They failed because they all got soaked. Not sure how you fried two water pumps.

The rear seal on the intake manifold can leak.

the cooling system is something you wanna keep an eye on...and being that old, id replace the cooling fan relays just to be safe...before i got my 95, my cousin had it..his wife was driving it and the relay went out...overheated and blew the head gasket...just a precautionary measure...

I had my car for 13 years and I never had that problem(relays).

I did have the ignition module fail from heat soak.

The easy fix is to use some longer bolts with washers on the coil bracket to space the coil and module away from the cylinder head to prevent it from overheating.

pajeff02 helped me change mine. The seal is a joke compared to even just a Mr. Gasket version!
