I see.....So are there any other common issues I should know about with this car? Ooohh! I just remembered something else. The glass running light is cracked. It works fine, but I was curious if they are easy to obtain and replace.

I didn't actually fry them they lost the seal and leaked out the weep hole like they all do.

the cooling system is something you wanna keep an eye on...and being that old, id replace the cooling fan relays just to be safe...before i got my 95, my cousin had it..his wife was driving it and the relay went out...overheated and blew the head gasket...just a precautionary measure...

I had my car for 13 years and I never had that problem(relays).
I did have the ignition module fail from heat soak.
The easy fix is to use some longer bolts with washers on the coil bracket to space the coil and module away from the cylinder head to prevent it from overheating.

LT1 rear mains are very cheap assed as well. They can go bad.....

pajeff02 helped me change mine. The seal is a joke compared to even just a Mr. Gasket version!
