Black- 2002 WS6
FS: 2002 Pontiac Trans Am WS6, 25k miles
Car is located near Olympia, WA.
2002 Pontiac Trans-Am WS6. 25,000 miles, $15,000. “Last of the Breed”
Original owner, meticulously maintained, all service records. Only 25,000 miles on the car. Only 8,000 miles on a brand new GM dealer installed engine. I will provide all records to the buyer. I bought the car brand new in the spring of 2002 in Temple, Texas and can share its entire history with potential buyers.
All preventative maintenance has been performed, Redline full synthetic fluids used throughout (Redline ATF in transmission, Redline 75W90 gear oil in rear end, Redline Power Steering fluid, Redline 5W30 engine oil). The car is in excellent condition inside and out, the pictures speak for themselves. The only flaw this car has is a crack on the rear upper portion of the passenger side door panel shown below.
LS1 5.7 liter V-8, 4 spd. 4L60-E automatic transmission, WS6 Ram-Air handling package, T-Tops,
Black with Black Leather interior, “Monsoon” factory sound system. The vehicle is showroom stock with the exception of a Corsa exhaust system, K&N air filter, and Prothane upgraded engine and transmission mounts which were installed when GM replaced the engine.
I would prefer to keep this car for the rest of my life, it is the last year this car was made and since GM discontinued the entire Pontiac brand, it will never be made again. This vehicle will someday be a collector’s item. I recently had a new addition to the family and simply do not have room for this car anymore. I would rather see it go to someone who will enjoy it than have it sit and collect dust.
Please PM with any questions you may have and I will be more than happy to answer them. My contact information will be provided via PM or email to arrange for a viewing of the car.
I have a newborn baby at home thus my free time is very limited so please, serious inquiries only.

May I ask why the motor was replaced at such low mileage?

I should have stated that initially as I have answered that same question 100 times now LOL!
I bought it brand new and since day one the engine made a ticking noise until it warmed up. It always ran fine and the noise went away after it warmed up so I didnt think much of it. I took the car in around 16k miles to have the maintenance transmission service done (replace trans filter and fluid with Redline ATF). When I dropped it off I mentioned the noise to the service tech and honestly didnt think anything would come of it. One thing led to another and they decided that they were going to warranty the engine because they wanted to tear it down for inspection so I got a brand new LS1 longblock out of the deal. Nothing exciting or catastrophic. I have the service records that state it was replaced under warranty.
