The most common part that can cause a car to run rich is the O2 sensors. There are many other causes, a leak in the intake, leak in exhaust before the O2 sensors, cracked or disconnected vacuum hoses, fuel pump, clogged fuel lines/filter.

    Do you have any codes?

Is there black soot in the tail pipes? Also, if you pull a plug, most likely you can tell if the car is running rich if they look black.
