rear wheel grind
whats up? i have a question my rear wheel driver side was making a squeeling noise and turned into a grind and thud while driving and you can feel it in the car. i got out and looked at it and my rotor was ripped up and metal shaving all over rims. i dont think its brakes, im thinking rear hub assembly but not sure. what do you guys think?

Sounds like brakes to me. You might have dropped a pad out of the caliper. When were the brakes last serviced?

4 inches as in moving inward/outward? Then that would cause the rotor to make contact with the caliper bracket. You could search the sponsors up in the sponsor tab.
