What could be wrong???
I've been having a problem with my car for the last couple weeks and when I took it in to have it checked out they said something to do with my mass air. The problem is whenever I take off my car idles funny and acts as if its getting too much gas or not enough, but when I push the peddle to the floor it acts normal. Just had the plugs and fuel filter changed. Any ideas?

Take your car down to Auto Zone and have them pull your codes. They dont charge nothing. While your there get an electronics cleaner that dries fast and take off your maf and spray it down, let dry and put it back together. The only other thing that i can think of is bad O2 sensors, wont be able to tell untill you get the codes pulled. Oh yeah be careful with your maf sensor when you spray it down the wires in there are very sensitve.

ses light
I have an 00 SS and my light come on after changing the mas halves and a whisper lid. The oil from the K&N air filter was setting it. All you have to do is take carb cleaner and take off your mas sensor and hold the can about 15 inches away and spray it. Let it dry and try that. To reset your ses light turn key on and pull pcm ign and pcm batt fuses under the hood. The car will run rough at first until it relearns the program. That should fix it. Don't put so much oil on the filter if you have a K&N.
