the people that have done this mod what do you guys put over the paint?

i dont want it to start to peel or get scratched and whatnot

and could i have it cleared (like the rest of the car) over the semi-gloss and still give it the same look?

i want to do this thing one time and one time only lol not have to respray it every year lol

on the ones I've done I've never put anything over it...

nope, and I powerwash my cars,

I used degreaser prep wipes, then adhesion promoter spray primer, then flat black trim paint. lasted a good year for my last car until I sold it, and I washed it about once or twice every two weeks.

helped a friend of mine do it with the same precedure and his has looked good for about three years strong now...
