You can shoot them but beating them senseless is so much more fun.
I still wish I could find the asshole that stole my tahoe and went for a joyride. ( I left the keys in it) but still... lol
I would beat their ass, (hopefully in still frigid Michigan weather) make em strip down, hose his ass down with water and tie his ass down to my brush guards and go for a joyride.... lol

or if he had a partner you could recreate the scene in "men at work" when they stripped the guys and roped them together on the merry-go-round

I agree on the firearm. Wanna steal? You're life means absolutely NOTHING.

I had a brick thrown at mine and it cracked the front windshield and shattered driver window. The brick was sitting in the front seat. I am pretty sure that it was a group of high school kids since it happened in August back in 01. Nothing was stolen. A cop woke me up and said that a couple of cars were hit in the neighborhood. He had a couple of bricks in his car and didn't take mine. I was thinking of getting the brick fingerprinted but never got around to it. I had my windows fixed the next day and had a $300 deductible. The funny thing about it is my '91 Beretta GT was next to my Z on the side of the street and it wasn't even touched.

with the VATS......only way he could have taken it.......was to tow it off......that would have allowed me enough time to change 30 round clips

In Texas we have the Castle Doctrine which applies to your vehicle
Sec. 9.31. SELF-DEFENSE. (a) Except as provided in Subsection (b), a person is justified in using force against another when and to the degree the actor reasonably believes the force is immediately necessary to protect the actor against the other's use or attempted use of unlawful force. The actor's belief that the force was immediately necessary as described by this subsection is presumed to be reasonable if the actor:
(1) knew or had reason to believe that the person against whom the force was used:
(A) unlawfully and with force entered, or was attempting to enter unlawfully and with force, the actor's occupied habitation, vehicle, or place of business or employment;
(B) unlawfully and with force removed, or was attempting to remove unlawfully and with force, the actor from the actor's habitation, vehicle, or place of business or employment;Last edited by mike171562; 02-16-2011 at 07:01 AM.
