What is a "beyblade" ? I'm not up on all the current toys kids play with anymore lol

I understand their motivation for not wanting the kids to have access to toys that do that much damage, but man that is KINDA fucked up the way they went about that lol They probably bought the toys, is their job to not allow the kids to use them in the bathtub if its that destructive. Little kids dont always know better, I find it hard to believe THAT much damage was done in one bathtime lol Then on top of that they rob the kids piggy banks to pay for it? I couldn't do that to my kid. I'd be fucking pissed and I might take the toys away or something but let them have their money wtf

It is a spinning top with like blades on the edge of it. You put it in the gun, then pull that plastic strip really quick like the pull cord on a lawn mower which gets them spinning super fast. You pull the trigger to let them go, then they "fight" each other as they smash back and forth into each other. Last one spinning wins.
