You may perhaps be right. Look at Dan Marino. He never won a ring. And I forget about him all the time. But he was an EXCELLENT quarterback that never gets talked about. Why? Because he could never get a ring around his finger. So you may or may not be right if he can't get atleast one more under his belt.
Aaron Rodgers may be on par with Peyton and Tommy

Marino and Favre are in the same boat. Favre at least got 1 ring, but that was all, in 20 years. Manning is on that same track right now. All excellent QBs, but bad post season legacy.
Aaron Rodgers, Brees and Rothlisberger(2 rings, possibly a 3rd coming) has to all be in that category of QBs that will be HOF material. If Rothlisberger and Pitt win it this year, you got to start talking about him in the same respect as Brady and Manning.

Oh, and a public shoutout to Orion.
I won't be on here much longer, I've got to shut my eye lids to start my work week, so since the Pats lost, feel free to make another avatar change. Like I said, it's all good until it reaches 00:00 on the gameclock February 6th
Now that I've ran my mouth enough, hopefully you don't change it for the worse

Farve is one of the Greatest QB's to ever step on the field. All time best.....prolly not. Some aspects he is but rings equal a big fat NO. Montana is the best for rings wise but understand this:
Robert Horry has about as many rings as MJ if not more.....is he better? Nope
Rings only mean a little bit, not everything.┌∩┐(◕_◕)┌∩┐
Man: The Mods you are fighting,

I would have to disagree. Not In My Opinion, but because of how the football world turns. Rings show excellence, dominance, team chemistry. Any "GREAT" quarterback, "should be able to" develop chemistry with any one team, and acheive the all time GREATNESS of winning a few (not just one) superbowls. And in their minds, THAT is a GREAT quarterback.
Just sayin'

How is that wrong?
Players go out and get an assault charge, gun charge, etc. and they get penalized for it by not only the NFL, but the team as well. Why? Because they're representing their surroundings. Basketball, football, etc.
And I beleive his team is the cowboys if I'm not mistaken..

We have plenty of teams.
You don't see any of us trying to shove our teams down someone else's throat, like you keep doing with the Steelers in here. They are not all high and mighty like you want everyone to think. They are a team, just like every other team in the NFL, no better, no worse.Last edited by Y2KPewterSS; 01-16-2011 at 07:11 PM.

Oklahomo has no teams..

He is wrong in that we don't give up on our team or shit on the entire community for every screw-up a player makes in their private lives..
So what you're saying is if you go out and deside to run over neighborhood mail boxes your whole community and city sucks?
The point is the post y2k made was mearly argumentitive nothing more..Last edited by Smittro; 01-16-2011 at 07:16 PM.
