One year update.

I ended up buying back my Camaro. Started parting it out. Mainly sold little stuff, but was looking for some one to buy the motor and trans. I ended up making a trade with a member on here. I stripped my car down and took the body with the motor, trans, pcm, & brakes along with a little cash and he gave me a 2000 SS. I still have some parts I am trying to sell.

My SS seems to be in pretty good shape. It needed some routine maintenance bad. Got that done and it idles a lot better. Took it out for a test run and the power steering pump went out.

Using it on the new one. I think I have one of the transmission magnets laying around. They are flat and about 3-4 inches square. Those things are powerfull. If you have two of them you can hurt yourself easy.

How good is the engine? You can easily sell it for $2,000. List in it Craigs and LS1Tech. I am sure there is other good parts.
