Yes, off a 79 TA. I'm doing another like it, but using an old 4spd knob with the Pontiac arrow inlay. I'll post it up when I'm done.

i bet so
the only time i get told to shut it off is when i have the cut out open, but thats the good thing about this muffler its really quiet when your at idle or just cruising but when you open her up its almost straight pipe with out the nasty raspyness that comes with it

The calipar paint you used reminds me of the color I used on my LM, UI and a set of l36 heads..

yes, I took the know to a local machine shop & they drilled it out & inserted new threads. I jus glued the top in. easy, and looks cool!
