I've thought about this. It doesn't bother me as much as it used to in years past. The fact is, girls these days are different than back in the day. Not all of them are, but most girls will want or are willing to have sex right away.

This girl this thread is about had sex with me after only knowing me 5 days. We went on 3 dates. So my guess is, she is probably fucking another guy after 5 days (maybe). I can't say for sure all girls that have sex with a guy right away are sluts though.

I had an ex g/f who I slept with after 2 weeks and she was the most loyal g/f I could ask for. We dated almost 7 years.

I've slept with a girl since this latest one so I can't really say shit if she has slept with another guy or several for that matter.

You know the chances that she slept with someone before you are pretty good...right? I do not understand this philosophy?

That is kind of my take on it too...once you have had multiple partners it really doesn't make much difference if she's slept with another guy.

The only thing I would be worried about would be a STD, which I can protect myself against.

Not saying I've always been careful, but I had a close scare with this last girl and everything worked out to my favor so I've learned to be more careful.

If things were to get serious and we wanted to have unprotected sex once we were in a committed relationship, I would even go as far as having us both be tested for STDs/HIV and would even pay for it.

Man, you had to pick a redhead first of all and a californian second. Those are two strong breeds there. My wife came from an ultraliberal spot near L.A. Took her a bit to get used to my whole assault rifles and silencers thing, just like it took me a while to get used to her whole pass the skittles and hug the trees thing. But despite our differences it's worked out really nicely.

Her flower child thing turned me on anyway. I still pretend that I hate it.

Any relationship can work out as long as two people are willing to try very, very hard to overcome their differences.

Can't help but wonder if part of the famous "redhead" personality is created via the stereotype itself. They grow up hearing such flattering and vivid tales about their kind, thereby developing the self confidence and fortitude nessecary to become it. Just fulfilling what others expect them to be.

    They're some interesting creatures.

Whereabouts? I was born and raised (and spent most of my life) in the South Bay area.

From the way she describes it, I don't ever want to visit. CA has some beautiful scenery but my god, the people.

Educate me. Reason I say that is she wants me to think about relocating. Man would I feel out of place.

I rather enjoy having conversations with folks that are polysyllabic.

Like dude said SoCal is so different from NorCal as to be 2 different states. They've been trying to separate since long before I was born.

That only happens when the water shortage gets to be the way it was in the 80's

Op get a hobby and let it take over. Not something like model planes, something active. Dance class, join a team, something physical to get your mind off the stress and something that forces you to be around people. You can understand having idle time to dwell in your thoughts is only making things worse. Right?

Truth be told, I can deal with people who are different from me. I can tolerate various lifestyles and viewpoints. It's just the way Cali's laws are set up that really gets me. Seems really super strict, especially when it comes to 2nd ammendment stuff.
