Yeh lol. he said it should get it to about a 9:1 now.Ill have to look into some fast products then cuz i also need some fuel inj. good to around 1000hp.

well yea your running boost so it will be that low.....had to swap my train of thinking there for a sec lol......1000hp your going to need 60-80lb injectors im guessing....and if your running that much boost you might need a custom sheet metal intake, dont know if the FAST will work for you

he isnt gonna go boost. i told him to go with a ls7 shortblock, and just add to it. but no he is dead set on the ls2 402... yes mr luos i have corrected myself. thanks. i dont really know what he wants now... he still wants 550 to the tires N/A

Not gonna get there with a 402....unless it is high strung as hell.
427 would make it much easier.

why doesnt he just built a 402 with a very little spray? he will hit 550 mark with no problem.....i understand he wants 550 n/a but it might not be cost affective and yourl be loosing alot of street matters trying to hit that n/a with that 402

exactly. his goal is 10s in the quarter so he figured he would get there with about 550 rwhp. also he wants to do wheelies. he will have a fully built car and slicks. he is just stubborn

thats all he wants is a couple inches to a foot. he said if if picks them up a foot he will be more than happy just to say he has a daily driver that can pick up the front tires.

well...as long as he has the money for susp/rearend/track setup (rims and tires) and the power to back it up he should have no problem to do so

I'd like to give my .02 if you don't mind, if your really trying to get 10's in my experiance you would need mario andretti driving the car and some more power with the manual car. I haven't seen a T-56 GTO run faster than a 14 (They can run a 13.1 stock) lets face it most of us don't put bread on the table by driving cars. most any one running consisistantly under 13's probably has a stall and auto. Guys that get the "M6" are trying to have fun, not be the fastest quarter car, the numbers don't lie.

What car?Do you already have the LS2?Are you willing to strip the car of everything it doesn't need to make a pass?
