This you need to do, my mom and dad are doing the same thing, turns out my dad had been cheating on my mother for 3 years. You can get the phone records easily and it proves she was cheating and will give you everything you need in a divorce settlement.

As others have said, her cheating doesn't matter in court. It will not get him anything. There is no law against having sex with another consenting adult. The only thing to do is divorce her and then make her nude pics mysteriously appear online

It still falls under a fault in his state although it isn't needed since he can file no fault also. Dunno if it would help him or not to file fault over no fault...with any luck hopefully the judge has been cheated on before.

NC has a precedent for something called "alienation of affection" If he lived here he could not only sue his wife but also the person shes cheating on him with. A woman here got half a million dollars in damages.
