help replacing ac compressor
i need to replace my A/C compressor on my 01 firebird. i am wondering if its just a simple uninstall or if i need to raise the block. it looks like a very tight fit and im not sure if i just unbolt and pull out or not.

Its a tight fit but you dont have to jack up the motor, sometimes you have to remove the Trans cooler lines from the bracket but thats about it, just be patient and slide it out.

it takes patience but it will slide in and out. I didnt need to remove any lines but you may be diffenent. Get the car up in the air and you should be ok
