I'm going to try to hammer it back out, it's not bad at all, pushed 'flat' a bit to the right off center, didn't hurt the overall shape of the bumper, its still 'straight', but its enough that it will bug me til the end of my days. I'll see how it comes back, and probably end up lookin' at the yard. I hate to, but I'll see what I can get. I *think they should be able to get a brand new chrome rear bumper minus brackets/plastics for a reasonable price, i'll definitely check though.
