Anyone else use a duster?
My WS6 sits in the garage and I only drive it on nice days so it never really gets "dirty". Anyway I waxed it about 2 months ago and use the duster to get the pollen and dust off, then spray shine wax on it. Looks amazing. Saves alot of water as well.
My friend with the sti does the same thing. So if you dont have a duster I would look into one.

I've always been skeptical of anything that "holds" dust and rubbing it over my car. I would think that would leave really fine scratches.
Maybe I am wrong. I am in the same boat as you though. Car rarely sees actual "dirt" and sits in a garage.
I always just wash it before I take it out. Kinda gets annoying and time consuming, but that's how I roll. I even stopped using the car cover and taking it off and putting it on can leave marks on the car if not careful.

Pewter metallic- 2000 Camaro SS
I use California duster, it uses paraffin wax to hold the dust and prevent swirls etc.

As stated, dust only and it does seem to work without leaving marks. I use a very light touch with it and shake it out several times during the process. Anyone ever wash theirs?

I was just curious as whatever instructions came with ours are long gone. Dirty is shall stay. Do you use one on that beater Camaro?

Yep I use my California Duster during pollen season as well. I've used it now on 2 black cars and a red one, and I've never noticed any swirl marks or anything like that.

I agree a duster works for light dust only..Any more you're pushing for problems.
Also I washed one of mine once and it never seemed to work the same after. It just seemed to move the dust around to one place to another.. Never picked any dust up after the wash.. I threw it out.......
