Lucas or Marvel to Lube in High RPM??
So i was mashing on the throttle the other day realized my z has 101,000 on her and I know ls1's are good high mileage engines but I still worry sometimes. My question is what lubricant can I add to the engine (or possibly a 2-cycle oil to the fuel to lube some internals) to keep down wear in a high rpm scenario? My concern with lucas is that it thickens and may slow/prevent the proper oil flow, whereas Marvel may thin the oil and reduce its lubricating properties.
I know this is a well debated topic, but just want to know firsthand what your opinions are!
Also any ideas to reduce heat would be great!

Don't waste your money or your time with that crap. Just run a good oil like Pennzoil Platinum or Amsoil and a good Ac Delco filter/WIX and you will be fine. Keep it topped off and not low

If you are really that worried with heat you could do an Engine oil cooler but there really is no need
