    Sadly now demodded :(

Crickets are everywhere here in PHX. I constantly have to spray inside and out to keep them down. Even then some get into the house. When I hear one of the little bastards chirping in the house I get the spray and hunt it down till it's dead.

I like the type of spray that has a pump sprayer like the pro's use. It's fun to spray things...

Crickets don't bother me. I don't like when I get one in the house though. They are hard to find around here. I have a lot of nooks and crannies for them to hide in. I don't mind them outside at all though.

But, when I do find one. I don't squash them like I do spiders and pincers. I take them outside and let them go

Or... When I was caring for that praying mantis, I'd feed them to him Shoot, I had to go and buy some crickets for him too. Seems like they made themselves scarce when there was a mantis hanging around

I've got to hit the perimeter of the house again this weekend.

I just planted a few hanging baskets yesterday and I have a bunch of silverfish hanging out in my potting bench.

    It's that time of year

KR, those aren't the regular type of crickets. Those have really long legs and are shaped different. The regular crickets that you buy to feed/fish with. I don't have much of a problem with (unless they get inside cause they chirp and chrip until you get near with the spray or shoe, then they shut-up).

I don't know how large feeder crickets are that much different than wild. They all have long legs and can be difficult to catch. One isn't any more bothersome than the other.

To me... crickets is crickets and none of them bother me

Meh... I guess insects just don't bother me too much.

Unless I feel one crawling on me. I don't like that

I woke up to a pincerbug on my face once when I was a kid. That's probably why I hate those so much too. Then after that, everyone told me that they would go into your ears and lay their eggs in your brain

Yep, that's probably why I hate those so much
