Hey, Im new here. Procharged 04 silverado buildup
Hey, My name is eric, im currently a active army infantry dude stationed in virginia(worse vehicle laws in the nation except cali)....
Anyways, I just wanted to share my current project with a few more people.
I currently own a 67 chevy truck(look for a buildup in a year or two) a 94 transam lt1 m6(selling it) and a 04 silverado which i am gonna be working on.
Currently, the plan is to blow as much boost as safely possible into the 4.8 ironblock. I plan on doing this with a procharger p1sc, bigger injecters, headers, and a nice exhaust and a LOT of tuning. Maryland performance will be doing most of the tuning on this thing...
Im hoping the end product will be around 450-500 hp at the crank. Shouldnt be a problem with tuning and injecters. Although, My 4l60e is going to hate me.
Whenever something gets done to it, I will post a reply, and give a link to where you can find the pics. Currently, I only have pics of the truck as of last week before anything gets done to it. Im still awaiting the injecters and blower. If anybody can tell me something extremely helpful about this, please share it. Im trying to share what I learn with the rest of you.
You can find all the current pictures at the link below.
Thanks.Last edited by Spaz; 04-25-2010 at 03:32 PM.

Oh, I just put all the pics on the site... Im tracking this thread on....
ls1.com
ls1lt1.com
ls1trucks.com
fullsizechevy.com
I just threw togather the site on my domain just to make it easier to distribute the pictures and updates. Is it ok to redo the link? All the pics are hosted on my site anyways. Besides, I have no ads / derogatory material on the website. Just a collection of pictures, and all of the videos that I take. Oh, and the only outlink from the website is to youtube.com.Last edited by ericmck2000; 04-25-2010 at 07:58 PM.

But, since I found a forum that is more active then the rest... Can anybody tell me what I can expect from my rear end or tranny? When I get it on the dyno, im going to try to make the tune as transmission friendly as possible... To keep it alive while im saving up for the next big piece.

Blower ships today. Kit should be installed by the end of the week... hopefully.
Godwilling with the fuel pump booster and new injecters, im hoping to push it to 10 or so psi. Hope this turns out good.

Tell me what ya think.
I will do the install this weekend and throw up some more pics then... Will not get to do any tuning until monday. Maryland performance will be installing the injecters and tuning the thing so that it works nice and sweet. Until then... I cannot play around with it. So, Yea, see ya saturday.
