06 PBM GTO(458WHP)SOLD!!- 06 TR GTO~476WHP 425TRQ
Pictures of my stepdads BLOWN UP 3V MOD Motor.
Well I figured I would post up some pictures of my stepdads blown motor. He blew it a few months ago at the track. He was going to make one last pass and then let me try to nab some mid to low 11 sec times out of it. But it never made it past the last past(obviously). This is the worst blown motor ive ever seen in person. It has 4 big holes, multiple cracks throughout the block, etc. Hell, we pulled the heads of and the wrist pin for the c-clip was just sitting on top of the piston.
The motor was a stock 3V 4.6 with a Hellion Turbo Kit(9.5lbs) and some bolt ons. Car made 488WHP 487TRQ. We knew it would go eventually with that much power on a stock block. Hell, it lasted longer than I though(2+ years). He replaced the block with a built stroker motor(302) and is putting stock heads and cams back in(Its a DD). Should be pushing around 575WHP 550+TRQ once he gets the 13PSI tune done. Motor is in now, but we are running across some issues with the valve-train. Should be up and running in less than a month(Hopefully). Anyway, enough talking about it.....heres the pics.

ahh another asshole who causes the 1/4 to shut down for 3 hours while they clean your fucking mess up while they clean your fucking mess up with an improperly built motor for in improperly fucking built motor for improperly built up. Wonder why you only get 1 or 2 passes. Nothing against you even though you were part of the problem but you stepdad building a motor that can't handle the fucking horsepower fucking dumbass move and you wonder why I street it most of the time.
