The only time a girl asked me to buy her a drink (and I did) I made sure I got laid for it.

I have never asked a guy to buy me a drink. I thought that only happened in movies

It only ever happened to me 1 time. The scenario:

Back in 2002 my brother's closest friend (my friend also) and a great bass player (BIT graduate and was working for Ernie Chapman of Chapman stick fame - ask a bass player) passed away from brain cancer. His wife threw a party (wake?) that was to be a celebration of his life (he was 36 when he passed) at a club down in King Harbor in Redondo Beach. Members of the 3 bands he'd recorded with and the 3 others he'd played with were there as well as everybody else he knew (300+ folks). It was at a club so we could drink, party and make all the noise we wanted and so all the bands could JAM! Some of them were members of the same bands - if you've ever been in a band you'll know what I mean. It was an awsome time.

Well, this gal I'd never met (and never saw again) comes up to me after I'd played a few songs with the guys from the Genesis cover band he played with, introduces herself, starts to flirt with me and asks, "Buy me a drink?"

Well, I'm thinking "Hot Damn"! Sidenote: I'd just split up with a long term GF about 2 weeks before. 3 drinks later we go out to my car to have a smoke (I still smoked then but even then you couldn't somke inside in Cali). She freaked out at the car I had: 96 Z28 vert (thing was a chick magnet LOL). We start fooling around and I convince her to go back to my house. She agrees. I leave the rest up to your imagination but lets just say Gigiddy! Oh YEAH!

We go back to the party, she disappears and I never saw her again. Totally random and I didn't even have to work at it.

I didn’t throw up my milk and donut. LOL

I actually hated going to the bar. It is not my kind of place.

These two girls were checking me out, and like an idiot I asked my friend what should I say. He told me to buy them both a shot and talk to them. I did.

Then I saw my friend arguing with some asshole, so I ran over grabbed him, and threw him out the door into the bushes.

I jumped on top of him and started swinging like crazy.

These two bouncers came over and pulled me off, and kept telling me to settle down, and the one guy said I will buy you a drink man, just settle down.

I kept going crazy for some reason and they told me to go wait by my car for my friends, and not to go back into the bar.

My friends came out a few minutes later, and said I really fucked the guy up, that he was still laying in the bushes.

I kind of feel bad, because I was drunk and didn’t know what I was doing.

Also, right before I left, I saw those two girls, and asked them for their numbers, and they called me an asshole for fighting, so I got all pissed off again, and said fuck you bitches, you nasty whores, blah blah blah, and my friends put me in the car and we left.

I will never buy any girls a drink ever again, and I will not get that drunk ever again. Waste of time and money.
