low flying DHL ??
Saturday afternoon, still too chilly for a proper ride, so here I am adjusting the drive belt and drinking beer

shoot, grabbed the camera too late, sucker was making a bunch of noise

Jodi was complaining about the squeaking noise - I don't hear it, so I took some slack out of the drive belt, still don't hear anything, need Jodi to confirm

yea, I BORED, taking pictures of a plane

ahh, drink more beer, and detail the bike while I've got it on the lift

yea, I live close to an airport, 10 miles away from an airport

nice and warm in the sunshine

are they Ever going to land this thing?

The Z28 is spotless, and now both the bikes are ready too

yikes, talk about noise, four jet engines

I want to ride ! ! !

What type of Harley is that? That's probably one of the sweetest ones I've ever seen. What year is that ZX9? I think they only make ZX6, ZX10 and ZX14 now, right?

Thanks!!
that's my 2005 FXSTi (softail) but I've converted it into a "Phatail" with "Performance Machine" parts and wheels and rotors and calipers and so on and so on.
2000 Kawasaki ZX9r, and yep you're right, they stoped making the 900cc Ninja's back in 2003, the 1000cc Ninja's were born in 2004.
I purchased that '00 Ninja as a new left over in July 2001, paid cash as a matter of fact $9,978.00 out the door.
I've logged 41,000.0 miles with it so far trouble free. just add gasoline and tires, lots of tires. I recently purchased my 9th set of tires for the 9r.
absolutely love the ZX9r. very comfortable and very fast, unless I'm riding with a ZX10r,
the ZX9r has 135hp, the 10's have something like 160hp

the air force museum in Dayton is awesome. I took 260 pictures when I was there. They have everything from wright brother replica's to sputnik. Saw "bockscar" that dropped fatman on Nagasaki. Saw just about every kinda plane, bomb, missile, and engine you can imagine.

i'd like to check that out,but doubt i'll be Ohio soon.lol.i did go to the Air Force armament museum in Florida, they had a MOAB bomb,SR-71,F15,A10,F16,F4(with a tailhook! didn't know that was needed on a Air Force jet) and a P51 Mustang among other things.it was small compared to the Navy museum though.

OP cool pics, but still doesn't beat having C5's and C141's land next to your hootch that is 800 ft from the runway. Hated Sat mornings, we always had one land around 7am. Very rude awaking if you have a hangover...
