Guess I'm a minority. Don't care for my truck to look like an early 70's Peterbuilt

I really can't comment on that since I have not owned a 70s mustang or camaro... just have a 70 challenger. And same with the new ones, haven't personally owned any.

But I've owned a 93 mustang gt and a 93 z28... hands down the z28 was a better car. Although in 94 mustangs got updated and that maybe a better comparison.

    2012 Challenger R/T

sure it's a 2 door rwd pony style car.
It is a 2 door car that is off the same platform as the 300 and the Charger .. It just KINDA looks like the old Challenger , which had its own body style E body I think ,, If it didnt have that little emblem on them, they would not be selling at all ...

Dodge was using the square body type in 73-92 which I liked more than previous models and a bit more than the 93-02 and hell of alot more than the new ones. The funny thing is as far as body styles go I liked them all in the 70's through early 90's. yes even ford (the engines still sucked balls though) as far as gm goes I liked them from the time they were first made up until the newest style.

fords all of them (body only mind you) up until the more rounded look.

what kind of ford exactly? The superduty's have a stepped up hood, but debuted after the '94 dodge

Don't forget you can order an SLP Camaro from the GM delaeership that bumps the power on the auto to 550hp and the stick to 575hp

Trucks are supposed to be square(except pre73ish) and cars are supposed to be aerodynamic, when will the world learn this lol

Mine's pretty square, grill is slanted forward and hood is straight up for aero advantage I think every fullsize out at the moment looks like turd. but a 5.3/6l80 combo sure is sweet

Yea, all of the american trucks from the early 90's look really outdated to me, the cars looked waaaaaay more up to date, don't know what the deal is with that.

Nope. Nothing wrong with manufacturers discontinuing the production of the hillbilly square shaped american trucks. I hate that look. Seems like most people like it, I guess im the oddball.

Don't get me wrong though, there are some nicely built trucks out there from that square body gen that people have. But I would rather just have a newer truck instead. Just my opinion.

I would really like and old square body with a new engine. that would be fun. I prefer the older ones because the new ones all look like something soccer moms should drive....oh wait they do

the 68-72 gm body style was my favorite of all of them. I want the k5 and a 4wd pick up in those years.
