Always check the stickies.....
This one helped me when I did mine. Make sure you get the GM gasket. Don't use the paper crap they ship with the headers..

There are some good write-ups on this site...Went through the whole thing late last year (Pacesetters, Y-Pipe, magnaflow, and motor mounts)...There is already a lot of good information in the External Engine thread...Take a look at some of them, they have some good tips and pictures to go along.
Those links above are two of the ones I used when I did mine. There is also a thread about changing the motor mounts...
Good Luck, it is worth it when you are done...

i guess it posted another thread i did a reply onto this one but i will re write...fitment was great only thing i noticed is everywhere i put a camp there was water dripping, also the exhaust is a tad bit raspy when i punch it i dont know it sounds weird guess im not used ot it..then when i hit it or punch it i can hear rattleling under me..and at a red light the engine every second or so hits this like i dont know how to explain it a low point..seems like a misfire but it doesnt pop loud.

We also picked up a resonation under the car after installing our catback -- it turned out to be the heat shield that runs over the exhaust in the area of the rear axle. Still have to do something about that, and we also have moisture drips from ours in a few places, even though the pipes are fully joined and the clamps are tight.
It may take a while for your PCM to adjust if the air flow has been altered. You may want to disconnect your battery and force it to "re-learn". It'll run like crap for a bit but should clear up fairly quickly. Are the headers on now, or just the catback?

If you changed out the whole system you have definitely impacted your airflow through the engine. Time to send your PCM to Frost for a mail order tune imo.

THAT MEANS I CANT DRIVE HER???!!! lol yea i think im going to do that...might get me some better mpg and horses, also might ask him to delete the rear o2's

I ditched the rear O2's and the secondary air system on our car. Frost has a 1-2 day turnaround so it won't be off the road for long.

Only weird sounds after my install was from the heat shield on drivers side that helps protect the clutch line. It wasn't tighten enough and rattle like a SOB. The other was because the ORY slapped the floorboards until I made some minor adjustments and now no more problems. And lastly was from my old muffler, all of the baffles broke lose and made it sound like someone throw bolts up my tail pipe. Gave me a good excuse to buy the Magnaflow I wanted. My wife insist she hears and feels the flow of the exhaust.

I love my Magnaflow and did a review about it in the parts review but have had issues too........Rattle....I got it to, but mine was the pipe that goes over the rear panhard bar being too close and needing some massaging Exhaust leaks at clamps, when the clamps were completely tight, fixed that with welds
