Good pics, I like the first and last one best. Lose the SLP emblem and I will like your car twice as nice

Very nice pictures. I like the first one best. Maybe you could photoshop the last one and lose the truck
I was going to ask what will be changing this week. Is the Berger panel all you have planned?

I have a lot planned but it all costs money haha. I bought the car in the fall and these are the things I can afford so far:
c6 z06 deep dish wheels on the way 18x8.5 F 18x10.5 R
Eibach prokit dropping it 1.5" F and 1.3" R
3.73 gears
paint berger panel and hood scoop semi-gloss black
Custom CME

I like all your mod choices except the gears. I wouldn't waste any money on anything on the stock ten bolt honestly. Maybe a TA girdle, but that would be it. Instead of gears, I would either look into a stall, or an adjustable panhard and lower control arms that you really need once you lower the car.

Nice pics, agree with the first pic being the best of the bunch
Only things i would recommend is not doing the springs without shocks, you need a tune with the gears unless you want your odometer to skyrocket, and semi-gloss looks cleaner than flat imo. Besides that i think you're set.

yea a couple of my buddies said to get a nine bolt so I know exactly where you are coming from but i just don't have the money to be buying a whole new rear end...I'm not really looking to make this into a drag car i just want a cruiser that looks and sounds nice and has some balls when you get into the pedal. I want it to maintain its reliability but maybe I'm going about it in the wrong way I dunno. I don't have the wrenching skills to be fixing shit when it breaks.
it has bilsteins on it...are those are good enough??? and I'm definitely getting a tune but I'm toying with getting a cam and kooks LT's so i wanna do all three at the same time so I only have to pay for one tune...and my fault I actually am going with a semi-gloss black on both the hood and berger panelLast edited by 2001camaroSS; 03-14-2010 at 08:17 PM.

The gears are gonna make your odometer go up much faster so the quicker you get the tune the better.
Those shocks should be fine
Is eibach the only thing you're looking at? Most people are real happy with strano springs, from what i've heard eibachs tend to ride pretty hard and sag a little out back.
