3.90's on a DD
I have seen a set of 3.90 gears for a 99 Z28. I was wondering how streetable it would be with a 3000 stall. I was planning on 3.73s until i saw these.

Very streetable - more so than 3.73. Very little diff. on the freeway between these 2 - but big diff in off-the-line response.

Pewter- all bore 370 Trans Am
if you have a stock 10 bolt, they dont make 3.90's for it. I have 3.89's in my 9" and they're not bad. its a m6 though.

There are no 3.90s for a 10 bolt. I have them in my 12, though.

The 3.90s was suppose to be released this soring for a GM 10 bolt. I haven't looked but I know they are suppose to be out.

I've been driving on them in my 12 for a week, it's a great compromise between 4.10 and 3.73.
