Black- 2002 Camaro Z28
Need Cam help
Hey guys,
Im a student and I need to be able to drive my car from pittsburgh to dayton ohio. I want a cam that I can cruise on the highway with but will also make high rpm power as well. I have an 02 z28 with all sorts of bolt ons but I want something more.

You can get near stock drivability out of a 228. I drive my 238/242 .595/.595 112lsa 60+ miles a day and love it

220's and 580's is very streetable. lots of people have those numbers for daily drivers.

U didnt mention if your car was an A4 or M6.

The X1 or maybe even the X2 should work. Just make sure you go with a 114 LSA.

I could easily DD my custom 230/234 .612/598 111+2 if I wanted to. I made two 1200 mile round trips from NC to Ohio no probs. Averaged 22.9mpg on the trip(A4) so I only lost about 2mpg from stock. Never even down shifted going up the hills in WV it has such good lowend. Still carrying at 6500 shift too.
Everybodys needs and tolerances are different but this cam is perfect for my street/strip car.
