That's no problem if they wear fast, cause now powerwalking has me stuck with the equivalent of major arm pump from riding a dirt bike.

I've been trying to lose weight since the beginning of November. I'm 5'11" and I started at 250lbs. I'm down to 232lbs. I stopped drinking all soda's (I could kill a 2 liter of Mt. Dew in one sitting) and switched to water. One trick is to eat something every 2-3 hours, all day long.
I try to eat breakfast within 10 minutes of waking up (usually a bowl of Special K or similar).
Then I'll snack on a granola bar, some almonds, or something like that - as long as it's between 100-300 calories.
For lunch, I've been making either turkey or ham sandwiches. No mayo - maybe some mustard, depends on my mood.
Snack again mid-afternoon on some almonds, some chips or something like that.
Dinner is usually a slow carb (salad, green beans, etc.), a fast carb (corn, potato) and a meat (steak, chicken, etc).
Portion size is key also. You don't want to over do it. Use smaller plates to trick yourself into thinking you have more food than you really do. Wait at least 20min after you eat before you get more food. It takes your body at least that long before it tells your brain that it's full.
I've lost my weight without working out hardly at all. For about the first week I worked out a little bit, but since then it's been nothing. I have an elliptical, treadmill, Total Gym, free weight bench, and a heavy bag, and have not used any of them in at least the past month (mainly due to holidays and having to push everything into the garage to make room for family). That's gonna change though.
I hope to be down another 10lbs by my birthday (Jan. 24) and down to 200lbs by summer.

The problem my g/f has and what most other fatties have is they over do shit. If they're not over eating they're over dieting. My point is start out slow and establish good habits...that's the only way you'll keep the weight off. Course she doesn't listen to me so why should you.

your gf is a fatty? It sucks because women act like they're helpless as they're eating a pint of haagen-dazs. I've LOST a couple pounds over winter break just eating less. Where as the women in my family and all the girls I know (bitch about it on facebook) balloon up even further.

Well im still in my young age, but i suppose ill help
im on varsity track and this is what my couch tells me
i run 15 miles a day
and eat good
my schedule
Wake up
"Soon after" Eat a breakfast
walk 1 mile
come home, rest.
small snack
go outside run another 8 miles
go in, have lunch
usually a small sandwich or a hot pocket
go back outside and run another 5 miles
and end it with a mile walk
come home eat dinner
usually corn, and some kind of meat
i eat very slow so my stomach feels more full
The way i run and jog is
slow jog then sprint for as long as i can
jog again
and repeat.
I also wear trash bags around my body along with
2 pairs of sweats and 2 hoodies and sweating helps keep your body cool as long as you replenish with water or some kind of electro lite drink like gatorade
Beginning of last summer i weighed in about 145
now i weigh 120

Yeah it was much easier to work out when I was in school and didn't have a job to go to. Much less two of them. It sucks when you work 8-5 (6 usually) and then go home, go to gym, get home at 8:30 or 9. Hey family, goodnight family.

Also remember to eat 6 small meals a day. eat aleast 200 cals every 2 - 3 hours, it keeps your metabolism working.
