I'd like to save up for a new car so I can haul my family. Got two kids and a wife and a single cab pickup with close to 200k. Can't see getting one without selling the bird tho
so probably no new car.

Well another thing I am trying to achieve, is buy some land. Because even land in Florida is to the point, I can afford it. So I am looking at buying 0.50-1.25 of an Acre in my area... Plus if I can sell at least one of my cars, I can pay cash. Then when it comes time for me to get a house or something, I should have enough put with financing to have a cabin built... My idea in this, have something nice for cheaper then rent!
