We were originally going to paint it Kandy Copper also, but my buddy, whose got a Badazz NBM 02 SS (HKE 427+nitrous)had his car in the booth just before mine, mentioned the idea about painting the sail panel black. Both the painter, John and I thought it would look good too because I'm also doing the CETA mod and getting some black face wheels with a bigger lip and painting the barrels. John was sure it would look good but he said if I didn't like it, we'd re-paint it to match the car. I'm glad it was mentioned and I love the way it looks.

    Do you have any good shops near you? I used to live in Elk Grove and Carmichael WAY back.

    Thanks for all the compliments and comments. I really appreciate it. We are now working on painting the interior to match the Kandy Copper on the exterior. I've pulled out the entire center console, and the plastic pieces on the door where the window and door lock controls are and the piece that houses the red light to illuminate the controls located behind the door handle. Will post updated pics SOON

    The entire center console is out and primered, waiting to be wetsanded and painted the same kandy copper as the exterior. I've got some pics, but I'm waiting until the basecoat and kandy are on.
