DRL housing replacement
Got some new ones and did a search. Most folks say it's easy but I'm not sure where to start. Anyone have a write up on how it's done?
Thanks!

the turn signal housings? You can get to them from under the car. Take the lower cover off each side and there's like 2 bolts holding them in there. Easy!

ive done this several times:
Access from under the car by removing the 2 bolt (10mm?).
Cut one wire at a time and resolder/splice/use connectors and crimp.
The OEM socket and new socket will both have lettering next to each wire, just match A to A, B to B, C to C.
Don't forget bulb grease. It should be a 10-15 minute fix.

Easy. Take the two 10mm headed bolts under the car to access the light/housing. If you can do that, then you unbolt the housing (two 7mm headed screwes is all that holds it in) and snake it down and out. That's it! When you put it back in, make sure it's oriented correctly and properly behind the bumper cover before you snug those two 7mm bolts.

Doing it from the top or bottom will work, just make sure everything is properly sealed or moisture will get in ruin it all.

+1 for doing it from the bottom. I replaced mine that way.

Thanks for the help guys. I took Justin's advice and went in from the top. Problem is the freakin heads broke off of the screws when I was putting the replacements in...what a pain. So, now I have to figure out how to get the screws out of the new pieces. Ahh the joy
