i could have swore you said you liked fast cars. the gn 3.8 is just as potent a powerplant as any 6 cylinder. more so than some v8s will be in n/a trim. blown from the factory the 87 gnx was quicker than the 87 vettes. i like the idea of a gn heart in a c4 as long as its a run of the mill base model. but i love an actual gn to begin with.

And what's even better about the GNX was the fact they weren't built the same. They could each have different turbos which netted different horsepower ratings for each car. Some magazines rate at 250, 280 horsepower or "NOT AVAILABLE" or "???" The GNX is an enigma. My father would love a GNX.

The one on the bottom looks like the one in one of my recent issues of GMHTP. Car runs 8s with factory interior and suspension but the motor is built.

Yea, you gotta point, but a Corvette is supposed to be a nasty ground pounding V8 rwd monster, i can't see riding around in a V6 Corvette.
But I know the turbo 3.8's have some serious potential, we all know that, just I can't grasp the idea of having to ride around with one in a Corvette. Just my opinion.

The weight savings in a v6 vette is prolly substantial, and @ one time long ago vetes came with I6's. So imho it's not that far fetched now..
