Black- 1999 Camaro Z28
Some lady came into my work when I was a cashier, bought some things and it was like 18 dollars. She gave me a $20, I gave her change and she says I gave you a $50. I said thats not even possible because I don't even have a $50 dollar bill in my drawer and she got the manager involved. We had to count the money, I emptied my pockets just to prove it, still ended up getting let go a little over a week later.

That there is BS. I feel for you. What a POS the manager is for letting you go. I rather have an employee that is honest then a loyal customer that is a thief. Bitch knew she gave you a $20, she just wanted to pressure to into giving her extra change. That is thief. This happen to my wife a few yrs ago when she was working as a cashier. A couple came up (Mother/son), mother said she forgot something and left her boy there, when mother came back the boy said my wife called him a racial name and smacked his hand when he was reaching for something. Mother went off, saying racial crap to and about my wife (She's Panamanian). Wife to her credit keeps her cool, calls manager. He talks to both. Tells the woman he'll be right back. Goes into the security room, views video tape. goes back to the woman, tells her what he saw. The woman doesn't believe him, says its just a setup, and she wants to just leave and never come back. Well she did leave, however, her and her son where arrested because when the manager looked at the video, they both where shoplifting. After wards wife got a raise for assisting in theft protection.

^^^^That sucks. Nothing too extreme for me but I've had friends, usually girls that think I'm out to screw them over, make them look bad etc all gone on preformed opinions from people I dont know or dont like lol. Pisses me off bad because that couldnt be further from the truth, sure I can be sarcastic but I'm just joking around and people know it, but overall I'm a pacifist. My biggest pet peeve i guess is when people hear or think they know something about someone and form their entire image around that.

Being called a lier.. Pisses me off more than just about anything.. I may get shit mixed up but I've never had a need to lie to folks. My wife says sometimes I'm too honest.
Like when it comes to my in laws cooking. My father in law makes the worst f'in meatloaf on the planet. Burnt rice sticking out of it and all (that's just how he makes it). I tried it once. When he asked me how it was I said it was'nt very good @ all (he just looked @ me like I was a dickhead).. I don't really believe in sugar coating shit. Cause if you say something and they find out you lied about it folks tend to get far more pissed.. So I tell the truth even if it stings them.. It's kinda like that old Fleetwood Mac song, "don't ask me what I think of you, I might not give the answer that you want me too..."Last edited by Smittro; 11-09-2009 at 11:25 AM.

They told us coming in that our jobs were easy to replace lol. I could care less because I didn't need a job back then. I was a server for Red Lobster last year and this server was stealing money from everyone's table. Of course she got caught and blamed it on somebody else, both were suspended under the suspicion. About 6 months later someone got the brilliant idea to install CAMERAS!

I got a summons for Excess Noise Public. Took a year to beat it but I did. It was a concert and the sound equipment did belong to me but I had nothing to do with the noise permit or the event. It's really annoying too. You can't go to the court and explain your situation, you have to plead not guilty and wait a year or so before you can tell anyone what happened and why. I told my story and the prosecuting attorney let me go on the spot (with the clause of if I wasn't telling the truth that I'd be back-I was.). I don't deal very well with authority figures and it was not a pleasant year wait for me.

Phantom Black Metallic- 2004 GTO M6
One day when I was working for GoodYear, I had a Civic come in for tires. Well, I noticed the car needed brakes but my boss(owner) didn't want to get involved. Customer came into my bay and asked about brakes and I told him he needed them ASAP. My boss came back to try to intercept but it was too late. Turned out my boss told the guy he didn't need brakes at all, but from what I saw, the pads were VERY close to grinding on the front rotors. The customer became frustrated and told off my boss and walked back to the showroom/waiting area. My boss got in my face and got nasty.
Owner: I TOLD HIM HE DIDN'T NEED NEW BRAKES!!! WHT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!
Me: YOU TOLD ME TO CHECK EVERY CAR I WORK ON...AM I RIGHT?!
Owner: Well...yeah...but...
Me: SO YOU LIKE TO PLAY WITH PEOPLE'S LIVES?!
Owner:...
Me: ANSWER MY FKING QUESTION! (D.I. voice)
Owner: Well...we just put brakes on that car almost a year ago. I gotta eat that for a warranty!
Me: IT HITS YOU IN YOUR WALLET...SO WHAT?! YOU DON'T HAVE A RIGHT TO GAMBLE WITH PEOPLE'S LIVES!!!
Owner walks away mumbling
Me: SAY IT TO MY FACE @$$HOLE...OR DO I HAVE TO CONTACT GOODYEAR CORPORATE?!
Customer thanked me and had his brakes replaced under warranty. I wanted to bash my boss' skull in SO bad.

On the one hand, very tough to prove you're innocent.
On the other, a built in defense for the real perps.
