    I can get a Ford 9 inch rear for VERY cheap, what all does it take to make them fit on our f-bodies?

    you will need to weld an extensive number of brackets on it for starters, then you will have to sure its the proper length.

    Unless your a great fabricator/welder... by the time you pay for all the work just to get the housing correct, you will be at or over the cost of a pre-worked housing.
