I'd install those any day over flowtechs. I have a set of SS Autochrome 321 stainless (ebay) headers on my car, and the fitment and quality was top notch. Not saying these are as good, but they look decent.
It doesn't pay to go cheap with exhaust, you'll end up replacing those flowtechs within a couple years due to rust regardless.

I'm ready to pull out the credit card for the ebay headers myself, but I'm looking for some info on Ground clearance? My car is sitting on strano springs so it's about 1.75" lower than stock. Any comments on clearance issues?

just finished test running my Ebay headers and i have to say damn!!! i wouldnt buy anything else .ground clerance for me is great and i live down a NASTY gravel road, ruts and big ass rocks at any given point i have 4" of clearance so i would say your probably safe with only 1.75" drop if you dont run too fast down crap roads. IF you are unsure of purchasing these ebay headers stop thinking about it and do it .they look amazing sound great and the install was about as easy as they get. the only issue I had was the extra fitting for the EGR which my 2001 doesnt have. so i made my own block off plate.and as with any header install if the header bolt feels like it doesnt wanna go in DONT FORCE IT!!!!!!!! learned that lesson last night with the second bolt. tighter tighter kersnap fuuuuuuuugggggggggg!!!
