Terrible advice. Not even a last resort. This would make the dog owner very unhappy and they would get even with you. Probably try to kill your Pincher. People would go to jail and have dead dogs, lose lose situation.

Im not judging you, but one would think the adult thing to would be to put up a no trespassing sign, then when the dog does trespass, call the police. Even dogs can be trespassers. They would go to the dogs owners and tell them to stop the trespassing. The owner could even get a trespassing violation from his dogs actions. No need to blame the dog, he is just living his life, he does not know its your yard and he does not know that you have a trained killer dog in your house. He is just probably exploring.

Blame the owner, and if speaking to him does not work, call the police. Also remember that this will probably start a neighbor war to go on for a long time. Hope you dont leave your cars outside at night, a scorn neighbor might scratch it or put something in the gas tank. it could escalate fast. I would just try to talk it out. Although, him flipping you the bird, would piss me off. Still try and be the bigger person and work it out.
i have no trespassing signs up....as well as sentry dog on premises signs.....a deputys coming over later to talk with him....ive called animal control, but they seem too busy to get off their as....and no i dont want to put my dog in harms way, but yea the finger did it for me too....hes been warned....when he gets bit he has no1 to blame.....i wouldnt ever put my dog in harms way.....esp. w/ another animal.....and contrary to what people think my doberman would rip that particular pit bull to shreds....but its not the dogs fault.

So, did this guy buy the house next door, or, is he renting?

If he is renting, be an obnoxious neighbor and sooner or later they will get fed up and move

Yea I went home on leave in july and finally picked my dream car up its a 2000 ws6 nbm. I cruised alot while I was home, their used to be a big group of us that used to hang out at chick fil a on 70, a couple years ago, then I had a firebird. But everybody just kinda got lost in the sauce, I seen several t/a's and a few ls1 maro's out while I was home. But I am thinking about trying to get a big group of us together to try and start hanging out again on the weekends.

What I would do is try to work it out with this guy first. It sucks to have neighbors you can't get along with. Makes for a miserable time outside in your own backyard. Do whatever you can to work it out with him and then if that doesn't work you can go from there.

Witch one do you want your children around,

Pit Bulls: Pit bulls are known for their unpredictable and predatory behavior. They are accounted for nearly one in every three serious dog bite injury in America. The dog is known for his tendency to turn aggressive without prior warning; this has earned him the reputation of number one vicious dogs around. Moreover, when a Pit bull bites, it hangs on to the victim without releasing its hold.

Doberman Pinscher: This breed is truly majestic having a tall and lean body. Temperament wise, a Doberman is outstanding –aggressive without being vicious, determined without being stubborn. With proper training and care, a Doberman can be the best friend a man can have. The opposite is also equally true, if one tries to rub this magnificent animal in the wrong way
