If yours was a level 10.... Id still bet the farm on the pits bite...
I have Personally seen a pit, with NO TRAINING that was shot point blank in the front teeth with a 9mm....
He bit down on the bullet, and whilst it did WRECK his teeth and jaw, stopped the projectile before it reached the back of his mouth.... With several pins screws and surguries... He lived to be shot in the brain, by the same cop, 3 months later...

Throw a cabbage patch doll out in the yard, when pit bites on take photo, shoot dog, call cops say you thought it was a kid being attacked by pit bull, problem solved!!!
Seriously call animal control everytime, make a complaint that a pitbull is loose in the neighborhood, they usually come quickly.
After a couple of warnings he'll get the hint or pay a big ass fine.
Oh, and beautiful dobbie, makes me miss mine (died 4yrs ago)

Just shoot the damn dog, my grandparents got away with it... All the dog did was dig up there garden and shitted all over there yard. So grandpa put a bullet in his head, then grandma nicely went over to the owners house. Asked them to please retrieve the dog, he made a mess all over the yard.

Do you actually feel threatend by this other dog, or do you just want to have a reason to see your dog in action?
Im not judging you, but one would think the adult thing to would be to put up a no trespassing sign, then when the dog does trespass, call the police. Even dogs can be trespassers. They would go to the dogs owners and tell them to stop the trespassing. The owner could even get a trespassing violation from his dogs actions. No need to blame the dog, he is just living his life, he does not know its your yard and he does not know that you have a trained killer dog in your house. He is just probably exploring.
Blame the owner, and if speaking to him does not work, call the police. Also remember that this will probably start a neighbor war to go on for a long time. Hope you dont leave your cars outside at night, a scorn neighbor might scratch it or put something in the gas tank. it could escalate fast. I would just try to talk it out. Although, him flipping you the bird, would piss me off. Still try and be the bigger person and work it out.
